INTRODUCTIONS We’ll start by getting to know each other. You’ll share your work, goals, and why you’re investing in a visual identity. I’ll outline a typical budget and timeline, and if it feels right, I’ll prepare a proposal.
PROPOSAL Your proposal includes the scope, deliverables, pricing, and terms: ciprianbadalan.com/terms
If you’re happy to proceed, I’ll send the first invoice (usually 50%), with the remainder due at completion.
RESEARCH This stage is about understanding your brand—your goals, audience, competitors, and what makes you unique. Research may involve conversations, site visits, or desk work. The more you share, the stronger the results.
STRATEGY Here we set the plan. I’ll outline two to three possible directions in words before any visuals, so we’re aligned on the right approach.
DESIGN Over several weeks, I’ll develop one or two refined concepts based on the chosen strategy path and show them in context—across websites, stationery, signage, or other applications vital to your brand. Your feedback guides refinements.
IMPLEMENTATION I’ll prepare everything you need for a smooth rollout—templates, guidelines, or production advice.
