With two decades of experience, I keep my terms clear and easy—because working together should be simple.

PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your project and schedule. The balance is due on completion, before final files are delivered. Payments are made in EUR via bank transfer, (details provided on invoices).

RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP
Once the final payment is made, the designs are yours to use freely. I simply reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio, publications, or award entries.

COMMUNICATION
Emails are usually answered within a few hours, and video calls can be arranged on request. I’m also available by phone (+34 602 492 792) from Monday to Friday between 9am–5pm (Spain time).

CONFIDENTIALITY
If any details need to stay private, just let me know in advance — you can rely on me to handle your information with complete confidentiality. Although, as mentioned in the “rights and ownership” section above, I do retain the right to share the final designs I create for self-promotion.

DIGITAL FILES
Your final design files are stored for at least a year in my Dropbox. When you receive them, please save them locally, on your hard drive/cloud first, so that you can then unzip and view the files in their true quality.

SAMPLES
If print materials are produced (brochures, packaging, business cards, etc.), you agree to send me a sample copy for documentation and promotion.

AGREEMENT
I’ll send these terms along with your first invoice. Your deposit receipt simply lets me know we’re good to go.
